Ethne Hispanic Ministries

The Novo Hispanic Ministries team focuses on Spanish-speaking leaders, ministering to them in a variety of ways. We are a bilingual team with home bases on both sides of the United States and Costa Rica from which we do local and global ministry.

We are about developing influential relationships with pastors and their spouses, providing them with a safe space to open their hearts, receive encouragement and be strengthen in their personal lives. Emotionally healthy leaders will have healthier churches and be more effective in leading missional, intentional churches for greater spiritual impact on their communities.

Trained in coaching techniques, this team is passionate about walking alongside leaders to see their full potential realized. They meet regularly via Skype to coach individual leaders towards reaching the Kingdom goals which God has placed in their hearts.

Biblical training, leadership development through classes offered opens doors into relationships with a leaders of many small Spanish speaking churches from a variety of denominational backgrounds.

This team dedicates time to prayer FOR and WITH these leaders, including facilitating spiritual retreats where these leaders can connect with God for soul replenishment.
